NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-010847-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Federal National Mortgage Association, is the Plaintiff and JSM Housing, Inc., as Trustee under the provisions of a trust known as the 710 16th Avenue South Land Trust, City of St. Petersburg, Florida, John S. Mascitelli also known as John Mascitelli, JSM Housing, Inc., Regions Bank, successor in interest to AmSouth Bank, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 710 16th Avenue South Land Trust, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 29th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3, OAKDALE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS.
