NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2014 entered in Case No. 12-000140-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-IM1 is the Plaintiff and Richard Gudino a/k/a Richard A. Gudino; Unknown Spouse of Richard Gudino a/k/a Richard A. Gudino, if any; Wyngate at Brighton Bay Homeowners Association; Trust One Mortgage Corporation, A California Corporation; Brighton Bay Master Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Yanetzy Velazquez; Unknown Tenant(s) n/k/a Benny Sanchez are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 20.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 92.00 FEET OF LOT 18, BLOCK 6, BRIGHTON BAY PHASE 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 123, PAGES 2 THROUGH 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
