NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-011986-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Gregory Haddad; Unknown Spouse of Gregory Haddad; Beneficial Florida, Inc.; United States of America; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT FORMED BY THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTHERLY LINE OF LAFAYETTE STREET AND THE EASTERLY LINE OF FLORIDA AVENUE, AS SHOWN BY THE REVISED MAP OF PHILLIPS DIVISION OF PASS-A-GRILLE CITY, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 38, PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS; RUNNING NORTHWARDLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF FLORIDA AVENUE, 60 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE EASTERLY AT RIGHT ANGLES TO SAID FLORIDA AVENUE TO THE BULKHEAD OF BOCA CIEGA BAY; THENCE SOUTHWARDLY ALONG THE BULKHEAD OF BOCA CIEGA BAY TO A POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE NORTHERLY LINE OF LAFAYETTE STREET; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF LAFAYETTE STREET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
