NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered June 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-015442-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Eastwood Shores Condominium No. 2 Association, Inc., Eastwood Shores Property Owners Association, Inc., James Anthony Dwyer III, The Unknown Spouse of James Anthony Dwyer III also known as Frances Dwyer, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 10th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT B, BUIDLING 2930, PHASE 1 OF EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4922, PAGE 832, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 60-65, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
