C-158, PENTHOUSE GROVES, UNIT C, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 78 AND 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED AUGUST 30, 1971 IN OR BOOK 3612, PAGES 494 - 563, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENTS THERETO, RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3629, PAGE 310, OR BOOK 4212, PAGE 1672, OR BOOK 4212, PAGE 1678, OR BOOK 4507, PAGE 1964, OR BOOK 4521, PAGE 2136, OR BOOK 4757, PAGE 254 AND OR BOOK 4922, PAGE 1917, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
