NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-015207 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Barbara Lanoue a/k/a Barbara Simon, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
THE EAST 35 FEET OF LOT 16, AND THE WEST 25 FEET OF LOT 17, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH ½ OF THE VACATED ALLEYWAY, LYING NORTH OF SAID PORTIONS OF LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 52, TOWN OF SUTHERLAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED MARCH 29, 1888, IN C.O. BOOK 1, AT PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH THE LANDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY WERE FORMERLY A PART THEREOF.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
