TYPE OF DISCIPLINE REQUIRED: Civil Engineer

THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION BUDGET: $350,000.00

TIMELINES FOR DESIGN DOCUMENTS SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:

PHASE 1 SCHEMATIC DESIGN: 30 DAYS
PHASE 2 PRELIMINARY DESIGN DOCUMENTS &
SPECIFICATIONS: 60 DAYS
PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS &
SPECIFICATIONS: 90 DAYS

Such time limitations shall be exclusive of review and approval.
