NOTICE is given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 25th day of July, 2014 in Civil Action No. 2014-001800-CI of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, in which EVEREST ACCOUNTING SERVICE, INC., KIMBERLY AMANDRA, AJAY K. AMANDRA, and VILLAGE PLAZA ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants and SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the foreclosure sale to held online at the following website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with ยง45.031, Florida Statutes, at 10:00 a.m. on the 11th day of September, 2014, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
