APARTMENT NO. 206, OF ROYAL STEWART ARMS CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 12, 13 AND 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FULLY DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MAY 16, 1973, IN O.R. BOOK 4029, PAGES 1953 THROUGH 2064, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ALL EASEMENT RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
commonly known as 9 FORBES PL UNIT 206, DUNEDIN, FL 34698 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kari D. Marsland-Pettit of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 9/15/2014, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint.
