YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D.
