NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 30, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-005129, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, US BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO THE LEADER MORTGAGE COMPANY, is the Plaintiff, and, OFFIR ROJAS N/K/A SOFIA CONTRERAS; JUAN CARLOS CONTRERAS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on August 28, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 42, SIXTH ADDITION TO HIGHLAND PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 70 THROUGH 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
