NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-001765 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, 2005-9 is the Plaintiff and QUOC TRONG TRAN; CENTURION CAPITAL CORP., ASSIGNEE OF HOUSEHOLD, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE COPRORATION, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; NHUNG DO TRAN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 4th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK B, HIGHLAND GROVE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK E, PAGE 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
