NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-006215-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; THE VILLAS OF COSTA DEL SOL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; DUANE KOTKE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DUANE KOTKE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, THE VILLAS OF COSTA DEL SOL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGES 25-26, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
