NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 2nd day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-004458-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and NADEEM FARUQUI; INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, F.S.B. F/K/A INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B; STONE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NADEEM FARQUQUI; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 4th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 110, BLOCK 21, STONE CREEK UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 131, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
