LOT 1, BLOCK D, LAKE SPARLING HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
