NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-011118-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Diane King; Unknown Spouse of Diane King; Unknown Tenant I; Unknown Tenant II; State of Florida; Orange County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida; Clerk of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court, Orange County, Florida; and Any Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendant are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 4th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18 OF PONKAN TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
