NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-020858-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Newbury REO 2013, LLC is the Plaintiff and Azalia Francisquini; Amira Griffith; Huntington on the Green Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Amira Griffith; Unknown Spouse of Azalia Francisquini; Unknown Tenant Occupant are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 9th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 5, BUILDING 20, HUNTINGTON ON THE GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM THEREOF ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3036, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
