NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 7, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-011744-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2007EMX1 is the Plaintiff and Miguel Gonzalez; Damaris Gonzalez; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are Not Known To Be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unkown Parties May Claim an Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or other Claimants; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 9th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 296 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 (LESS THE NORTH 30 FEET AND THE WEST 30 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY AND LESS THE SOUTH 521.4 FEET) OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 30 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
