NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 10th day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-022349-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and RICARDO A AVILA; LORENA MAYORA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; VISTA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 16th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 104, OF VISTA LAKES VILLAGE N-2 (AMHURST), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 107 THROUGH 110, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
