NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA
Notice is hereby given that the City of Winter Garden Planning and Zoning Board will, on September 8, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon after as possible, hold a public hearing in the City Commission Chambers located at 300 W. Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL in order to review an Appeal of an Administrative Interpretation for property located at 13848 Tilden Road, Suite 192, in Winter Garden, Florida. This Appeal, if approved will allow for a sidewalk cafe with 75 seats.
Any and all objections will be heard at this time. If no valid objections are presented to the contrary, consideration will be given for granting this request. You are advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at such hearing, then they will need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
