NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-006601-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Leonardo Leon are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, AT 11:00 AM on September 9, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9 (LESS THE SOUTH 70 FEET) SURREY RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, AT PAGES 58 AND 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
