NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-034825-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Raul Valencia and Maria Pilar Gonzalez, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, AT 11:00 AM on September 9, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 40112, PHASE 12, VISTA CAY AT HARBOR SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8613, PAGE 1168, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8620, PAGE 3104, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8669, PAGE 1526, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9205, PAGE 3893, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
