NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2007-CA-010573-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company on Behalf of the Certificate Holders GSAMP Trust 2005-HE3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-HE3, Plaintiff and Marcus A. Savino and Jillian C. Parziale a/k/a Jillian Parziale a/k/a Jillian Farziale are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, AT 11:00 AM on September 9, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 108, BUILDING 2, PHASE 2, OF STONEBRIDGE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7527, PAGE 3877, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
