NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-021985-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee, on behalf of the holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Inc., Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding Trust 2006-AR5, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR5, Plaintiff and Bruce M. Gillard a/k/a Bruce Gillard are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, AT 11:00 AM on September 9, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 158, NORTH SHORE AT LAKE HART PARCEL 3, PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 144, 145 AND 146, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
