NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 13, 2014 and entered in Case No. 48-2013-CA-008733-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MARIBEL ALEXANDRA PANTOJA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PALMAS ALTAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A FRANKLYN QUEZADA, and TENANT #2 N/K/A CARMEN QUEZADA are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 09/17/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BUILDING 4136, UNIT 4, PALMAS ALTAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED ON OCTOBER 15, 2007 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 09471, PAGE 2435, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS THERETO, ALONG WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. A/K/A 4136 PERSHING POINTE PLACE UNIT # 4, ORLANDO, FL 32822-3798
