NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated and an Order Resetting Sale dated August 11, 2014, and entered in Case No. 482013CA003668 of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Inc., Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding, Trust 2007-AR2, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR2 is Plaintiff and norberto cadavid and norha cadavid, husband and wife, and fernando goez; unknown spouse of fernando goez; homeowners association of eagle creek, inc.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, LYDIA GARDNER, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com,11:00 A.M. on November 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
