Final Judgment was awarded on July 2, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2013-CA-002595-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff, and, GEORGE TUNAYA; LUCINA L. TUNAYA A/K/A LUCINA LEI GARCIA TUNAYA; TIMBER SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; TIMBER ISLE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 DANIEL TUNAYA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
