Final Judgment was awarded on March 17, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-008592-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff, and, EMILIO MUNIZ; LUISA M. MUNIZ; LAKESIDE AT LAKE OF WINDERMERE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKE BURDEN SOUTH MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on September 3, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
