Final Judgment was awarded on July 2, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2013-CA-001411-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A, is the Plaintiff, and, LISA COONS-ANDERSEN, TRUSTEE FOR THE LISA COONS-ANDERSON REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LISA COONS-ANDERSEN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUS; WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; BLUEGRASS ESTATE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
