NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Aug. 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-1099CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Andrew Colburn, Joanna Colburn, Citibank, National Association, successor in interest to Citibank, Federal Savings Bank, Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, The Unknown Spouse of Andrew Colburn, The Unknown Spouse of Joanna Colburn, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 5 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
