NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 11, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 08-2012-CA-003056 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and JANICE VARGA; IRENE VARGA; CEDAR WOODS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 10 day of Sept. 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 200-C, PHASE 1, CEDAR WOODS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 764, PAGES 1780 THROUGH 1819, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 766, PAGES 849 THROUGH 873 AND ALSO ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 51A THROUGH 51F, ALL AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
