Notice is hereby given pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-002854 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank F/K/A Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Catherine Sanders, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Andrew Stephan Ponticos a/k/a Andrew S. Ponticos are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on November 5, 2014, the following property as set forth said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 1, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
