NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2014, entered in Case No. 11001849CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S Bank, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-HE8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE8 is the Plaintiff and Luis Alfredo Sotelo; Beatriz Velasquez; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Lenders Direct Capital Corporation; Charlotte County Utilities; Unknown Tenant Occupant; Et Al are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the Nov. 7, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1570, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 15 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 4A THRU 4E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA. AS DESCRIBED IN MORTGAGE BOOK 3043 PAGE 590.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
