NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002476 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein The Falls of Portofino Master HOA, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Gustavo A. Moreno Ruiz is the Defendant, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 11 day of September, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 3205, BUILDING NO. 32, OF THE FALLS OF PORTOFINO CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4187, PAGE 3561, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7061 Venice Way, Unit 3205, Naples, FL 34119.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
