YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Collier County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
UNIT NO. 203, BUILDING 15, BRAEBURN AT STONEBRIDGE, PHASE TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2459, PAGES 3000 THROUGH 3102, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND AN INTEREST IN CERTAIN LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE ABOVE- DESCRIBED DECLARATION AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS.
