NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 9th day of September, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at Foreclosure sales conducted on internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
LOT 92, GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE KK UNIT 2 A/K/A GREENBROOK BANKS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 138 THRU 145, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
