NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 11th day of September 2014, at 11:00 AM, at Foreclosure sales conducted on internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
UNIT 31, TANGLEWOOD PATIO HOMES, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 910, PAGES 664 THROUGH 728, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERTO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK9, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERTO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
