Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 11, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 2014CA001633AX, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and MILAGROS NAVARRO, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 9, BLOCK H, LA SELVA PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4, PAGE 20 PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 11th day of September 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
