NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006606 AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for RFMSI 2007S1 is the Plaintiff and David Alan Marks; The Unknown Spouse of David Alan Marks; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; Tenant # 1; Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEING UNIT NO 135, STAGE 1-C-1 OF PINEHURST VILLAGE OF WILDEWOOD SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 786 PAGE 612 AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
