NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 3, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 009157 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and FRED R. GOULD III A/K/A FRED R. GOULD, STAR L. GOULD, UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST ½ OF: COMMENCE AT THE SW CORNER OF SE 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE N. 89°49'00” W., 104.40 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE N. 89°49'00” W., ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 10, A DISTANCE OF 230 FEET; THENCE N. 01°00'48 ”., 497 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE LOW WATER LINE OF A MAN-MADE LAGOON; THENCE MEANDER, ALONG SAID LOW WATER LINE, IN A EASTERLY DIRECTION TO A POINT WHICH LIES 467 FEET MORE OR LESS ON A LINE THAT BEARS N. 01°00'48” E. OF THE P.O.B.; THENCE S. 01°00'48” W., ALONG SAID LINE TO THE P.O.B., LESS THE SOUTH 33 FEET FOR 17TH STREET ON SOUTH. ALSO PART OF LAKE ROWLETT DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 677, PAGE 693, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
