NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 18, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2011CA002246 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and ANTHONY GIULIANO, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 49, Greenbrook Village, Subphase LL Unit 2 A/K/A Greenbrook Ravines, a subdivsion, According to the Plat Thereof, Recorded in Plat Book 47, Pages 15 through 20, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
