NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 12, 2014 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:

Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 12th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.manatee.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
