NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2010, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 07732, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and MARY H. CLAPPER; CORDOVA VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ALLEN G. CLAPPER; THE CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. C, BUILDING 24, CORDOVA VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1037, PAGES 2069 THROUGH 2140, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 150 THROUGH 168, AS AMENDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGE 187, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
