NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 3, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-006182 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and REBECCA A DAMERON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REBECCA A. DAMERON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 5, COUNTRY CLUB ACRES, UNIT 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 52 MINUTES 22 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 28.0 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF 65TH AVENUE WEST, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 52 MINUTES 22 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 100.0 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF 65TH AVENUE WEST TO THE POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE WEST LINE OF 1ST STREET WEST; THENCE RUN NORTH A DISTANCE OF 140.0 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF 1ST STREET WEST; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 47 MINUTES 06 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 100.0 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH ALONG A LINE 28 FEET EAST OF AND PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 1, A DISTANCE OF 139.84 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
