SIRMANS; LISA D GAUSE; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE N/K/A KATHLEEN HIDALGO are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 09/17/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
