Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2013-CC-4600, of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are ANTHONY MACK; et al, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on September 16, 2014 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 90, of COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES, PHASE 6C, 6D & 6E, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 43, at Page 117, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Also known as 4142 Day Bridge Place, Ellenton, Florida 34222
ANY PERSON CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
