GRIFFIN, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID STEBBINS LOT 46.6 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID STEBBINS LOT , 126.27 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE RUN SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF STEBBINS LOT, 101.7 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID STEBBIBS LOT, 109.66 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH AND PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID STEBBINS LOT (AND 46.4 FEET EAST OF SAID WEST LINE), 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
