NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 12, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-006835 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and DEAN JONES, BAYSHORE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC., KENNETH HAINES DBA N & H COOLING AND HEATING, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEAN JONES, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Book 1744, Page 7568, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, Page 171 through 174, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
