Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on September 18, 2014, via online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE PER SECTION 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES.
