NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 29, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 004622 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and, MARGARETA MODRIC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARETA MODRIC; HARBOR PINES OF MANATEE OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on September 2, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 9, DAYBREAK BUILDING OF HARBOR PINES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1439, PAGE 4215 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 18, PAGES 77 THROUGH 79, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
